General

Aena Club is a service provided to passengers whose purpose is to enhance their experience at an airport. All you have to do is sign up and you’ll obtain access to all the exclusive benefits enjoyed by Aena Club members for parking, VIP lounges, shops and restaurants and other airport services.
At Aena Club you’ll be able to manage your personal information, view the purchases and bookings you’ve made in Aena’s associated services and access all the offers and benefits that are available.
Aena Club is valid for all airports in Spain.
You can view the information on the use of your personal data on the service website, in the section containing the privacy policy.

AENA Club: Registration and modifications

Aena Club is a loyalty club that is completely free of charge.
To sign up via the website:

  • Click on this link: BECOME A MEMBER
    It’s also possible to sign up via the Aena app, the Parking Bookings website and the Aena Market portals, and even from the airport via the free Wi-Fi connection portal.

  • Enter a valid email address, choose a secure password with between 6 and 10 characters and fill in the other requested fields.

  • Once you’ve filled in all the fields, you’ll receive a confirmation email to enable you to activate your account within 24 hours. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us by writing to clubcliente@aena.es.


Once your registration is complete, you’ll be able to modify your personal details and expand your information, associate between 1 and 3 number plates to your username to enjoy the benefits of being an Aena Club member in Aena car parks and associate your Vía-T with it.
There are currently no physical or digital cards, although there’s a QR code you can view in your profile.
To identify yourself as an Aena Club user and enjoy the different services and discounts, all you have to do is log in as a member via the Aena website or app when you hire the different services or use your number plate when you enter the car park.
Please go to your inbox and spam box to check whether you’ve received an account activation email. If you don’t receive the email after a few minutes, please contact us by writing to clubcliente@aena.es, indicating the email address used during your registration.
If you’ve entered the wrong email address, you’ll have to wait 24 hours to sign up again.
In such a case we advise you to wait for 24 hours to enable the system to cancel the registration if it hasn’t been able to validate it.
You can sign up again after this time has elapsed.
For account security reasons it isn’t possible to make these changes in the user’s private area. If you need to modify the above data, please contact us at clubcliente@aena.es.
To reset your password, you’ll have to visit the Aena Club website and click on Have you forgotten your password?, indicating your email address and following the steps you’ll receive in the email.
You may have registered for Aena Club via another associated portal at some point and you don’t remember doing so. Use the Have you forgotten your password?. link before contacting Aena Club. If you don’t receive an email to reset it, you should contact us by writing to clubcliente@aena.es.
The Aena Club access credentials are shared by other services such as Parking, VIP Lounges, Aena Travel, Food To Fly and so on, so unsubscribing from Aena Club also entails unsubscribing from these associated services.
To unsubscribe from Aena Club you have to go to the “My Account” section and click on “UNSUBSCRIBE”. This option is also available on the Aena Club app.

Parking

As a member of Aena Club you can access the different parking discounts for both pre-booked and non-booked access.
For a detailed description of the current parking discounts, click on Services in the upper menu or on Aena Club parking discounts.
You don’t have to be a member of Aena Club to make a booking for a car park in the Aena network; you can go directly to the Aena Parking page and select your airport of departure and the dates of your choice. However, we advise you to sign up for Aena Club in order to benefit from all the discounts we can offer you.

VIP services

You can purchase your access to the VIP Lounges via the Aena app or website and enter them at the lounge desk, provided you have your boarding card with you.
As an Aena Club member you’ll be able to obtain a 20% discount if you make your purchase via the Aena app, as long as you’re identified as a member of the Club.
It isn’t possible to enter the lounges without a boarding card.
You’ll have to purchase one ticket per person via Aena’s website or app or at the ticket desk in the lounge.

The Meet & Assist service can be hired by any passenger via the Aena website or app 72 hours in advance.

Cookies can be blocked via the browser’s security options.
Not accepting the cookies used by the portal may affect how it operates and prevent you from carrying out transactions as a registered user of Aena Club.

The Aena Club portal is currently only available in Spanish, English, Catalan, Basque, Galician and Valencian.
